1. Data controller

The controller of personal data processed through this website is Yaroslav Imshenetskyi, sole proprietor registered in Poland, NIP 8993025250, REGON 541738095, Komuny Paryskiej 62-64/2-3, 50-451 Wrocław, Poland. Privacy contact: yaroslav.imshenetskyi@gmail.com.

2. Data collected

The service request form collects a name, email address, country, expected start date, description of the requested work and any additional information voluntarily provided.

The form also records its language, submission time, confirmation of the Terms and Cancellation and Refund Policy, acknowledgement of this Privacy Policy, and the accepted document version.

The web server may process technical information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or user-agent information, response status and security-related logs. Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment card data or unnecessary sensitive personal data through the form.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Request data is used to review and respond to professional enquiries, assess availability, take requested steps before a possible contract and retain evidence of the policies acknowledged with the request.

Technical data is processed to deliver and secure the website, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and establish or defend legal claims. Processing is based, as applicable, on requested pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, compliance with legal obligations and consent where required.

4. Recipients and service providers

Form notifications are delivered through Google Gmail, so Google may process the request content and related email metadata as an email service provider.

The website runs on a virtual server supplied by MajorCore, currently operated by PE Dzhemchuk Natalia Anatoliivna. The hosting provider may process technical data necessary to provide and secure the server.

Stripe or Wise receives personal and payment-related information only when an invoice or payment request is issued or paid through that provider. Payment details are entered directly on the provider’s secure page; this website does not receive complete card numbers or CVV codes.

Personal data is not sold. It may be disclosed to professional advisers, authorities or other recipients where necessary to comply with law or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. Retention

An enquiry that does not lead to a service agreement is retained for no longer than 12 months after the last related correspondence, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for a dispute, security incident or legal obligation.

If a service agreement is signed, relevant correspondence and records are retained for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for applicable accounting, tax, limitation and other legal retention periods.

Technical logs are retained only for operational and security needs and may be retained longer where required to investigate an incident or abuse.

6. International transfers

Google, MajorCore, Stripe, Wise or their approved subprocessors may use infrastructure in countries other than the data subject’s country. Where GDPR requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant provider or controller relies on an applicable legal mechanism such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses.

7. Rights

Subject to applicable law, a person may request access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Requests may be sent to yaroslav.imshenetskyi@gmail.com. A person may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (UODO) or another competent supervisory authority.

8. Cookies and analytics

The website does not use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies and does not currently use third-party analytics. Essential technical processing may occur to deliver pages and protect the service. If tracking or analytics are introduced later, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before use.

9. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used, including HTTPS encryption, restricted server access, validation, rate limiting and access controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Changes and language

Material changes will be reflected in a new version and effective date. The version acknowledged with a request remains recorded with that request.

The English version is controlling if a translated version differs. Polish and Ukrainian versions are provided as complete translations for convenience.
